Some of us have a general idea of what we should be eating but find ourselves consistently making choices that don’t serve us. Spoiler alert, much of this is to do with the types of foods and ingredients we eat, not willpower. 

I will equip you with the knowledge and knowhow to know what to eat AND the tools to make it happen. To consistently make decisions that best serve you with ease. 

I will keep you accountable for your actions whilst ensuring you feel fully supported.

Invested in your success I will devise an individualised plan to meet your unique needs - be it the need to work around a demanding job, take care of a family or otherwise. 

My approach is not to offer a short-term ‘quick-fix’ but a sustainable and easily implementable plan to provide long-lasting results.

With this in mind I prefer to work with clients for a minimum of six weeks.
